I specialize in gastrointestinal health—including IBS, IBD, SIBO, motility disorders, celiac disease, food allergies, and intolerances—as well as pediatric nutrition, picky eating, ARFID, and supporting neurodivergent individuals with flexible, tailored strategies. My approach bridges clinical medicine, functional GI nutrition, and real-life food solutions that are sustainable for busy lives.
I partner with clients virtually and in-person to turn complex nutrition science into small, actionable steps that improve symptoms, restore gut function, and support long-term wellbeing. As a private chef and founder of Eat Well CT, I create medically appropriate, nutrient-dense meals and customized solutions for families managing complex dietary needs. Combining my clinical expertise with culinary experience, I help people feel better in their bodies, reduce stress around food, and build lasting eating patterns that support lifelong health.
In my free time, I can be found laughing with my 3 kids and loving husband, hiking my 2 fur babies, cooking vegetables, reading or enjoying a good nap!
